Our operations involve handling large volumes of medicines and deliveries every day, supported by our central warehouse and logistics capabilities:
- A warehouse in central Poland
- Around 15,000 deliveries a day
- Average daily sales of more than 75,000 packs of medicines
- Our own logistics company, Pharmalink

01 E – Environment
We digitalise processes, monitor emissions and improve efficiency to reduce resource consumption and the environmental impact of our operations:
- Our warehouse in Łódź is BREEAM certified
- We have reduced paper correspondence by 68%
- We sign more than 30% of contracts electronically
02 S – Social responsibility
We create a stable working environment, support our team’s health and development, and contribute to society through the Urtica Dzieciom Foundation:
- More than 90% of our team are employed under employment contracts
- We keep staff turnover in single digits
- One in ten employees volunteers for the Foundation
03 G – Governance
Effective risk management, legal compliance and data protection build the trust that underpins our role in the medicine supply chain:
