SCOPE OF THE SERVICE

What data and areas can we analyse?

01 The market, prices and competition

We analyse current and historical tender prices, tender procedures and their outcomes, as well as contractors and competitors. Depending on the partner’s enquiry, we take into account the products, substances or purchase items adopted as the agreed benchmark.

02 Buyers and how to purchase the product

Based on the available data, we can identify the entities that conducted tender procedures or purchased a medicinal product, a substance or a relevant product category during the period under analysis. We can take into account the frequency and timing of purchases, the way the product is described in the tender documentation, and the timetables for tender procedures.

03 Sales, stock and contract utilisation

Based on the data covered by the scope of our collaboration, we can analyse sales, demand, availability, stock levels and turnover, expiry dates, and the extent to which the quantities and values specified in the contracts have been utilised.

04 Sales by customer group and channel

We can analyse sales of a selected product by customer group and channel, and compare sales trends over a selected period. This enables us to identify which customer groups and channels are most significant for the product in question.
