The leaders of Urtica
The Management Board sets the direction for Urtica’s development and is responsible for decisions that are crucial to long-term cooperation with partners. Quality and complaints
Quality, complaints and deliveries teams
Specialised teams working under the supervision of the Person in Charge (Pharmaceutical Wholesale Manager) are responsible for quality and the handling of complaints at Urtica. Together, they ensure quality on a day-to-day basis, and when a non-conformity arises, they ensure that the matter is properly investigated and resolved.
